“Can I bring in my own food and caterer?”
Yes, you can bring in food and outside caterers. THERE IS A $50 charge for outside catering.
“Are tables and chairs included? What sizes?” 
Yes, tables and chairs are included in the rental. We offer 6ft round/rectangular tables and cocktail tables.
“What type of chairs are available?” 
We offer gold chiavari chairs.
“Is linen included? What colors?” 
Yes, we offer black OR white tablecloth linen colors. 
“Are there any decorations restrictions?” 
Yes, no confetti, nails, tape or tacks are to be used on the walls. Backdrop stand available for use.
“Do you allow time for decoration setup?” 
Yes, One hour grace for setup time is allowed. Additional setup time should be added in with the number of rental hours. 
“Is this a non-smoking facility?” 
Yes, this is a NO SMOKING facility.
“Is alcohol allowed in the facility?” 
No liquor allowed for sell, only to be served by host by a licensed bartender. 
beer, champagne and wine can be served during an event. 
“What is the maximum Perferred capacity?” 
this facility profebably holds 75 guest cocktail style & 50 to 60 guest seated.
